TV series / movie title by scene description?

I am looking for a name of most likely a newer TV series (in English) that has this scene:

Two male characters, at least one gay (Ch1), are in a bedroom. Ch1 is talking about phones and how annoying the may get (not sure about this part though), then tries to kiss Ch2 but his phone rings. Ch1 picks up and says: "Yes... yes", ends the call and tries to kiss ch2 again. Ch2 says something like "you seem nice but I would never date you" and tries to leave. Ch1 replies "What about a business relationship. There is this woman..."


Both characters seemed younger and at least one was blond-ish.
