"The Brothers García"
"100 Deeds for Eddie McDowd" (Okay, it started in 1999, but I still say it counts)

I admit I've only seen a few episodes, but "InuYasha" seems like a "future classic".

"It's Bucket 'o Nothing! Surprise your friends, amaze your family, annoy perfect strangers!"

Lost.
It's super-campy in a Star Trek (the original series) sort of way. That will make its memory last longer than the average series. This qualifies it as "classic" in my book.
