Is there anybody there who knows the make of the Station Wagon Mr. Boggis is driving through the English countryside looking for old valuable furniture?

I need to illustrate some passages of Roald Dahl' story and would like to be authentic and accurate with the illustration of the scene's elements.

Also, what would you say was the year/s in which the story unfolds... the 50s maybe?
