Looking for 10-15 minute TV film with 1970-1973 Pontiac Firebird

I’m looking for a 10-15 minute tv “film” where the story is a guy drives such a Firebird on the freeway, listening to the radio. He hears a talkshow where a woman tells about her infidelity. He recognizes it’s his wife’s voice, and immediately drives like crazy to get home. Ends up going into the house, and we hear a gunshot.
