Since it's probably not going to be nominated by the time they announce the 2015 Oscar Nominations, I'm going to jump the gun and add "Damn These Eyes," by Kathleen Wilhoite.

As for past nominations, I'm tempted to suggest the instrumental cover of The Smiths "Please, Please, Please Let Me Get What I Want," by The Dream Academy, but the fact that it's a cover, and wasn't really made for the scene in the art museum from Ferris Beuller's Day Off might disqualify it.
