CSI Episode Aftermath: Death and the Maiden

This is a question reserved to all the die hard fans of CSI. Though I am not much of a fan, I have seen a few episodes from the series, and I haven't exactly been okay with the endings. This is cause they don't completely elaborate on the victim or suspect's fate. SO I am shouting out to anyone who has seen the episode to ask what they personally think should/could/would happen, going by the standards of real life, to the suspects/victims of the episode.

The fourth episode I wanted to ask about is "Death and the Maiden". Does anyone have any guesses what could happen to Tommy Baker and Jess Smith after the case is closed. Does Tommy have any chance of recovering from his trauma? Will his brother, Mark, do hard time for the manslaughter? Will Tommy and Jess stay together in the end? Or are they all doomed in the end? Please reply with whatever possible aftermaths you can think of.
