Is there such a thing as a nose rash?

For days I've noticed that my nose is really red on the outside but on the inside my nose gets really terrible itching and I tried putting Vaseline on my nose and wetting it with water and it doesn't work at all and I can't figure out what caused this. I don't put my fingers in my nose and it hasn't gotten scratched and what I am worried about is that whatever I have on my nose could move to my lips and face. Do nose rashes truly exist or is it the sign of a cold?

Maybe you're allergic to something? Or maybe you've got really dry skin there. Vaseline wouldn't help much in that case. I can recommend Kokum Butter https://oilscenter.com/kokum-butter, it moisturizes the skin well, so if it's not an allergy, it might help.

I think it does. I had something similar to this, my skin was itching and was too dry so it was kinda cracked. I started using a water sprayer I ordered here https://erecris.com/products/portable-nano-water-sprayer. I moisturizes and softens the skin.
