How often do you Yoga?


I find myself doing Yoga daily if not every other day, I squeeze it in.

You should. It's great for the body and mind..

I know for me, it takes a lot for me to sweat. So for example, I also do Bikram yoga. It's a form of hot yoga.

Uhm...it really isn't. When I did regular practice my whole body changed, was stronger, I gained muscle tone, flexibility and strength which I had lacked previously and now lack again, since having no time to do it regularly.

Your "movement science" is awry on this one. Yoga when practiced diligently and regularly changes a hell of a lot of what your body is capable of doing and being.
