Documenting the Supernatural/Paranormal

For a while I've been thinking about documenting stories about the supernatural/paranormal...from ghosts to legends (Loch Ness Monster, Champie, Bigfoot, etc). I have been trying to think of what would be the best way to do this. I was thinking of getting a leather-bound book like John Winchester had on "Supernatural" or maybe just a binder. Would love to see pictures of ideas anyone might have. Thanks!
