There should be instant karma in this universe

Ideally speaking. Just an idea in my mind.

Imagine if you are a fully functioning human being. You see a disabled person or a down syndromed kid. People are making fun of that person (like they do nowadays online and sometimes even real life). You decide to join in the 'fun'. What happens next? All of those who were making fun of the disabled person/down syndromed person become down syndromed/disabled including yourself. Instant Karma! And that person who was being mocked becomes fully functioning. Ideally, this is how the universe should be operating. God, please take note.

No, nothing "should" anything. "Should" is a figment, a fiction.

Sorry, but many shoulds result in action in this world. For example, many laws are enacted based on shoulds. But this is just an idealistic scenario in my mind

No, people's beliefs in "should" result in action.

For example, many laws are enacted based on shoulds.
"Laws" are fictional as well.
