Best Animatronics/Puppetry in a movie?

Lets look back at animatronics, the real stuff. Whats are the absolute best animatronics/puppetry from a movie?

I say:
Tremors (1990)
Jurassic Park (1993)
The Abyss (1989)
Aliens (1986)
Jaws (1975)

I have El Sonoma del Torra de Fiero Syndrome. Be happy you don't. Trust me.

I wouldn't go there with Jaws, but Aliens has some of the best I've ever seen. And Jurassic Park is kind of indisputable as well.

Puppet performances, though? I think Yoda is hard to top for me.

Dragonslayer is among the best examples or puppetry. That dragon looks very real and just as good (if not better) than some of the CGI created dragons seen in films years later.

Kuato from Total Recall.

I like the subtle stuff Doctor Who uses on a lot of its humanoid aliens, just around the face or something to enphasise the actor's expressions and acting.

From what I can think of, Tremors, Aliens, Jurassic Park, Predators, InnerSpace, Them!, and Gremlins have really good animatronic effects.

Jaws would probably be my favourite, but I think the best would be Jurassic Park!
