Film/TV with specific thriller scenes in them

Hello
I am doing some research and need to find quality examples of the following thriller scenes:

Tailing a car.
Being followed on foot.
Character A watching character B through a window. When character B looks up character A has gone.

Any suggestions would be very much appreciated.

Thanks for the reply.
I am looking for those surveillance car tailing scenes rather than car chases.
A suspense sequence rather than an action one. Specifically from the viewpoint of the follower rather than the followed.
