Can you recommend me any romance film that someone is ill or disabled or has an accident and gets well, fully recovers?

I would prefer it, if it was a romance film.

You can't imagine how much thankful I am for this one! I have this movie for so long in my "collection", but I've always been afraid to watch it because I didn't want to be heartbroken in case of a bad ending! Thank you really!
