hunk from the 90' soap opera

In one of the soap operas in the 90' there was a very handsome actor, unfortunately I don't remember which soap. He was blonde with long (neck length) straight hair. First I thought he played in Generations but checked the cast and he was'n there. I think he played some shady character but cant be sure :)Few years back I saw him in some western movie. Help... :)
