Some examples of 1950s soap operas

In case anyone is interested, here are some 1950s examples of television soap operas, complete with the original commercials. Back then, most soaps aired in a 15-minute time-slot:

I think they should issue DVD sets with surviving episodes of 1950s soap operas. Some of the episodes do circulate on the collectors circuit.
