Which soap opera is this scene from?

Hello:

I am looking for the title of the soap opera and episode that contains a scene where a brown-haired woman gets trapped in some sort of operation room. She tries to break upon the door to get out but is overcome by a large, flash of light, and it looks like she almost gets suffocated from the heat (after the light shines on her, she turns away from the door, screams, and the scene cuts away). She is shown later lying down, but is alive.
