Captain America and Batman battling each other has actually happened a couple times. Their 1996 Marvel v.s. DC crossover fight doesn't count because that was voted on by fans, with Batman as the "victor". It's actually been in the comics that they have fought each other to a standstill, with no man ever having the upper hand in the fight, because the are too evenly matched. But Batman has actually admitted that if he and Cap go at it without him having any preperation whatsoever, he says Cap could defeat him. If Batman had time to prepare before the fight, he says he would win. I agree with him on both accounts. Batman is a phenomenal fighter, he is THE fighter of the D.C. universe, but given that the Super Soldier serum gives Captain America an enhanced stamina and endurance, Steve has the upper hand. But give Batman a couple days (maybe even just hours of preperation time) he would most likely win. Hell, give him a couple days of prep and he could probably defeat Darth Vader. Additionally, Batman is willing to "cheat" which gives him more of an advantage.

In a fair fight? Captain America, since he's on the "serum". In a prepared fight? Batman.

A fight outta the blue? The Captain.

Captain America is a superhuman while Batman is only a human. Isn't it quite obvious that Cap would wipe the floor with Batman? I'm surprised by how many people here think that Batman would win.
