Interstellar UV issue

I am in the UK and the code no matter how many times I try to enter it comes up with an error message on flixster (this is the digibook btw)

Anyone else having this issue?
Flixster don't seem to be much help, they asked for a photo of the receipt and the uv code slip and just seem to have closed my incident, and it has not been added to my collection
