I've never seen them, but I'd say laguna beach or the hills or whatever those shows are called. you know what I'm sayin? The most I've seen of those shows are from the soup. brilliant!

Any of those shows featuring spoiled rich kids who act like the world is ending because daddy bought them a red Corvette instead of a blue one.

Those stupid shows where women degrade themselves so they can sleep with some has-been actor/singer. Should we really be celebrating fanatical slutdom?

The best, most watchable reality shows are the kind where you can laugh at how stupid people can be, something with a sense of humour. Or the shows that bring out the worst in people, like The Great Race or Survivor.

The worst are the ones that take themselves seriously and involve nauseating searches for love (The Bachelor).

It's gotta let the characters of the people involved make the show interesting, not staged antics.
