DiscoveryID-The Lighter side of Murder

This channel,& others, keeps making new series that cover the same crimes over & over again.Some of these killers have appeared on 4 & 5 different shows.
The Discovery ID channel has added a twist to some of them by attempting to add humor to something that's not humorous at all.The Nightmare Next Door is one of the worst culprits.It will start out somewhat serious, but the whimsical music & side effects make the story sound like it's a show about Jay walkers or shoplifters.Then,somewhere near the middle of the show they will show how the cops relax & what they do in their spare time.
Sins & Secrets,Unusual Suspects,Who the (Bleep)did I Marry,I almost got away with it,The Devil You Know,Deadly Affairs,& a few others all follow the same script.
I,for 1,don't find murder amusing at all & I don't think Joe Friday would either.
