An idea for a 'competitive acting' TV show

Forget about competitive 'singing' or 'dancing' or 'Bachelor/Bachelorette' shows for now, how about a show where there's a pool of actors, maybe just out of acting school or something... now there's a panel of judges (oh let's say a mix of some established actors, I'll just go with Keifer Sutherland, Jessica Alba, and Martin Sheen. Now, the idea is to have the prospective actors act out certain scenes each week, and of course there's some creativity to the show of course... and the end of the season 'winner' gets to be in a movie (maybe not the headline star, but have a prominent role), I would watch something like that... would you?
