I used to go there on occasion. There were some eras of it where all it was was a bunch of atheists bashing anybody who tried to have an actual discussion on the subject of religion, especially Christians. The Christians would just spout bible verses and wouldn't listen to anything that challenged what they had been taught about Christianity. Often when someone would legitimately ask a question about some aspect of religion, all the replies would be jokes or insults. Many of the the threads were just social chats.

It was wholly entertaining. I mostly just gawked, but i prodded a little bit too.
