What game are you playing?

Looks like Mauricio is reporting this thread as well.

GTA V didn't work again. After 3 successful tests attempts offline, the very next time I boot it proper to play it requires reactivation. That's 0 for 5 (1 in 32 chance; worse if you count 3 successful test attempts) if it 'only' requires reactivation once every 2 times on average. From my perspective, it must be much higher or it must be clocked based, expiring every few hours. Rockstar are pieces of *beep*

The only thing -scOfflineOnly does is it skips the attempts to connect to online mode, but it does nothing about the online activation of the game.

I have read some hints to change your clock to dates before a certain time, but this is a workaround for a cracked version of the game with a different complaint screen from 2015. I am about to throw in the towel until they hack the 1.37 version so I can finally play this game I purchased. Patch 1.37 was released around December 13. If I had of downloaded it before then, I might be playing it today. It took less than 2 weeks for Reloaded to crack the 1.36 version.

The 3 new Yogscast unlocks are all games I owned previously, but one is a game I wanted DRM free. If I'm being generous, I'll call that worth $0.75 bringing my deficit to $3.50 USD.

...that. It is a running game based on your music. I...this game appeals, but I have not seen it with music playing...t generate your levels if you are offline. I have no idea...person running to your music... What is irritating is that it...was nearly 200mb. Given this game was put up on Humble...prototype only, not the full game. It is possible the archive...utterly useless (a page on IMDb might take 2 minutes to...

The free solitaire game I always recommend: http://pysolfc.sourceforge.net/

I have given up on GTA V for now. I need to reactivate it online to see if switching the computer clock back a year or two helps but I don't expect it to and can't be bothered. I'm just waiting around for the 1.37 version crack (if it comes: there was none for 1.35), and it looks like even the game crackers have gone on holiday. 

Of the game new games released on the Yogscast bundle, one I don't already own (Multimirror) but it looks scarcely worth $0.50. I can hardly believe the $5 retail on it. But it still counts. It looks like the quality is plummeting even further.

Tried the method on GTA V and it failed. I connected once in the morning, activated it, this time didn't follow it up with a test and later tried it offline and it came up with the activation *beep* again. That's a 1 in 64 chance I haven't had it working so far if it 'only' requires reactivation once every 2 attempts on average, and probably rather higher if you take into account all the test runs (which never progressed passed the menu since I wasn't able to 'game' at the time) have worked (5/5).

The issue has been brought up on the Rockstar forums, but the post I see has no response by them. The only reason I'm not torrenting version 1.36 is because it is too heavy on my internet connection allowance. If I had known, I would never have bought the game. I won't ask for a refund (I am still hoping for a crack to version 1.37 to surface), but I will think twice about buying anything from Rockstar ever again! (Even though I bought from a Russian key reseller to save a few bucks, these resellers buy the local product (especially in this case as I believe the rare retail item had a Rockstar key only, so it can't have been stolen merchandise). It is a legit product. Some countries even view their domestic prices as an illegal practice, and the Australian government has advised Australians to circumvent it in the past. I see no evidence to support my problems being caused by this method of purchase, it seems to be a wider issue.)

Fumes and sparks emerged from my ASUS laptops power supply yesterday. I thought I was going to need to buy a new power supply. But fortunately, it was just the power cable that was the issue (of which I have half a dozen lying around) and the event didn't harm my computer. It has probably been tugged on too often. It's amazing to see how vulnerable they are to a bit of tugging, considering the size of the sparks it threw could easily have caused a fire.

I've been playing Joe Blade on C64 emulation. I loved this game as a kid, and I'm mysteriously lured into it again as an adult. It's kind of dumb. The bomb puzzles are easy. The enemy troops don't shoot at you (you get injured if they walk over you). It should be easy, but I keep getting killed so I don't know.

One mysterious quality about this game is the graphics. They ought to be massively dire. But there's something awesome about them, including those trees.

I've given up hoping for any miracles from Yogscast. They have been giving worthless DLC in the last few days, including one which requires you to buy the base game to activate, which is currently on special but nowhere near worth the asking price given it is only a 60% rated game. Everyone had hoped they would deliver one big game on the final day but I'm sceptical, and judging by last year even if they did it'll probably be in the Humble Monthly bundle. Still, I only paid a few dollars over what the bundle was worth, which certainly beats the $17 USD it looked like I was going to lose. It may even be worth another gamble next year. I can't get up full lists for the 2015 bundle, but from the looks of it this was a much better year.

After years, I played my first proper games of Dungeons of Dreadmore classic rogue-like. Seems the smaller maps generation is a helluva lot more interesting than the standard one, but it's okay. I actually got an achievement when I booted it in a too high resolution that I couldn't control the mouse and the title graphics fell off the side of the screen. I had to CTRL-SHIFT-ESCAPE and terminate the game when the achievement appeared. As I am playing offline and Steam won't tell you what these achievements are about, I have no idea what triggered it. Maybe they give you achievements for resolution bugs or needing to force terminate it in task manager? I have the DRM free version which features the achievements in the console, which is better, but I'd like my score logged in Steam for now.

I installed the Legends of Grimrock games and hope to give them the first legitimate attempts in the day ahead provided I am awake enough.

It is probable they won't crack 1.37 of GTA V and I'll have to wait for a later version. If I am awake enough in the mornings, I may connect it to the internet and then take it away to play for a few hours, but I can't imagine that happening right now.
