Key stopped working

My laptops S key randomly started needing to be pressed hard to work, and after pulling the key off and cleaning underneath it doesn’t work at all now. I’ve updated drivers and it’s no good still. Any clues on if it’s done or if there’s any other things I can do to fix it? https://showbox.tools/

Also, any tips on cleaning underneath the keys efficiently? It always feels like I’m going to break the key trying to pull it off the proper way and as for cleaning I don’t know exactly the best way to thoroughly clean it up.
