They were displayed for voting and if your poll got enough votes it was placed on the main page

That could be a future feature. If we want to adopt system like IMDb, like badges for poll maker with min ### votes or else, rules for poll, and poll admin, it will be more complex I guess. Not many poll board members are here or ex-users that may be familiar with making polls. And for now, perhaps he's going to be busy focused on upgrading the basic feature for this forum.

Anyway were you an IMDb poll board member?

I gave it a shot, but the boards closed down before it became offical
