Cabbage Rolls

Sometimes we have them in a vinegar sauce instead of tomato sauce. Both ways are great.

Here is the one with vinegar:

1 large head of cabbage
2/3 cups cooked rice
2 lbs ground beef
garlic salt
1/2 cup vinegar
1/2 cup water
salt & pepper

Combine ingredients and fill cabbage leaves. Place rolls in pan. Cover with leftover cabbage leaves. Bacon may also be used in covering rolls. Combine water and vinegar and pour over rolls. Bake 2 hours at 350.
