I love these boards. I have several that I post to, most of them I just read and don't post, but I've been coming to the boards for over ten years! I can't believe they're just going to toss it all out like yesterday's trash.

I must agree. I've been coming here for 10 years also. I cannot believe IMDb is doing this.
They're telling all their very loyal patrons that they don't matter.

I agree with the OP. There's no reason to shut this site down. Sure there are some idiots, but there are far more better people here.

...some years ago, the IMDb shut down the "passion" board because it was overrun with insufferable ignoramuses...It is hard to believe that the same is happening to so may boards...

I've been here for over 10 years too. I met several of you on other boards in the beginning. Many posters have come and gone, but there has always been a small core group of old-timers that I consider friends. I will miss talking to all of you.
