RECIPE Chicken Balls

INGREDIENTS
6..6oz cans of chicken
16 oz Daisy Cream
1 packet Hidden Valley Ranch Dip/Dressing
1 bunch green onions
1 bunch cilantro
2 cups quick oats (divided in 1/2)
8 oz extra sharp cheese shredded
2 boxes Shake n Bake Parmesan Cheese
MATERIALS NEEDED
24 cupcake liners
Ice cream scooper
2 cupcake pans
Large mixing bowl
Salad plate
Medium bowl (cereal, soup size)
Tongs
Small spoon
Pam spray
INSTRUCTIONS
1.) Preheat oven to 350
2.) Open, drain, chop cans of chicken
3.) Mix chicken, sour cream, ranch packet, green onions, cilantro, cheese, 2 cups quick oats (one at a time as needed)
4.) Place 1 cupcake liner into each cupcake compartment and spray lightly with Pam
5.) Pour 2 packets of Shake n Bake into medium bowl and place small spoon at the ready
6.) Scoop chicken mixture into ice cream scooper
7.) Gently drop chicken ball into Shake n Bake bowl and cover said chicken ball completely
8.) Use tongs to pick up chicken ball and tap gently to shake excess
9.) Place chicken ball into sprayed cupcake liner should yield 24 chicken balls
10.) Should you not need all 24 you can half the recipe or eat the remainder cold.
11.) Refrigerate leftovers and to reheat in microwave for 2 minutes with no more than 1/2 teaspoon of butter it'll spring it back even better than before
