I must have a touch of the stomach flu. I just want bland and comforting, so I'll go with pierogi. My husband is having a Mexican Salad -- basically a tostada without the tortilla, and extra shredded lettuce.

I'm having lots of veggies in an apricot flavored tagine sauce. Onions, bell pepper, garlic, green beans, carrots, zucchini, a little chicken, the sauce is from a jar. Golden pineapple for dessert. I love golden pineapple season!
