Mini-Paczskis
Some marketing genius had gotten my local Meijers to sell "mini-Paczskis". About 1/2 the dough, all the filling. God help me, I'm lost!

When paczis are good, they are soooo good! 😀
We used to make them when I worked at the bake shop. One day, my supervisor got the idea to fill them with rum extract~flavored whipped cream.
Soooo delicious!
