Why would anyone be "questioning Biden". What is being questioned is the validity of election fraud claims. Trump challenged the result (as any candidate is entitled to do... within reason) and were repeatedly found to be either unproven and nonexistent or at least on an extremely minor level at most. What Trump is not entitled to do is ignore these results when the process doesn't go his way.

But no judge would even consider the case, or let evidence be presented.
They were given zero time to investigate at present evidence.

Again, there are hundreds of articles and reports that specifically discredit the claim that the election was fraud. All claims about it are conspiracy theories.

This is some logic. So the assumption from your end is that cheating happens as a rule in every US election (which there is no evidence for) and thus that makes it perfectly legitimate for Republican candidates to incite fraud to try to win.
