She does not have anywhere near the reputation or the network that Biden has, and she is a total target of hate by the Republicans. To me it is fine that the Republicans hate her, but to a campaign it means she is vulnerable and has no hope of being even as accepted as Biden is, and she is nowhere near as smart and political as Biden. I'd vote for her if she is the Democratic nominee, but I really do not expect that she will be.
