Why is anyone surprised that some people are reluctant to get the Covid vaccine?

The thing is, not as many people are getting the vaccine as they're making it out to be. Those mass vaccine sites are all sitting empty. Since they can't "force" mandate the shot because of laws of informed consent, and those who have exemptions like shown on these cards https://maskexemption.cards/product/vaccine-exemption-card/ the actual vaccine rates are not going to ever get to 70% like they are wanting.

You assume the government constantly lies and manipulates you, but in reality the government is inept to the point where its left hand doesn't know what its right hand is doing and trips over its own feet because it's run by people.

Understanding and measuring the levels of human incompetence is difficult and takes work that the less intelligent people just aren't up for, so they misconstrue the incompetence as lies and manipulation.

When the less intelligent people hear the scientific community who speaks in a language they don't understand, they again choose the easy route and say the scientific community is lying and manipulating just as the government is. Because getting to the bottom of what's being said is more difficult.

Also, there's the internet offering counterpoints to the scientific community, and like Bill Burr said, the internet doesn't distinguish fact from fiction. It's up to the viewer to figure out what's bullshit and what isn't. The less intelligent people are more often going to fail to figure it out, and will most likely choose the media that fits with their gut feeling.

That said, human immunization is not a hard subject to wrap your head around. We've had hundreds of thousands of years to build up our antibodies to combat viruses, but there are still animals out there that humans have not had enough contact with in order to build up our immune systems against them. Vaccines were created to fill that gap.

When you grasp the sheer ineptitude and incompetence of humans and their governments, you begin to realize how improbable it would be for any government to organize a massive culling of its people without anything slipping.

Fauci has taken both sides of every issue regarding covid from the start. They lied about it’s Wuhan China origin. They’ve lied about how many it’s killed. They lied about the reasons so many died. Andrew Cumo. They lied about masks stoping the virus. They lied about social distancing helping. They lied about being able to get the virus outdoors when there isn’t a single documented case of this occurring.

New Vaccines and drugs normally go through a rigorous FDA approval process taking decades and costing billions in bribes. This one is took 6 months. Released the pharmaceutical companies from any liability. Uses a new untested type of mRNA vaccine that targets the patients DNA. What could possibly go wrong? And all for virus with a 99.97% survival rate. Much higher for those under 50.

There is utterly zero reason to take this vaccine unless you’re over 70 and have comorbidities. At that point it’s a coin toss at best whether it’ll help.

And the vaccine has now killed 1000s of people. Which will add nicely to the 250,000 people killed every year by medical mistakes. At least no one can sue big pharmaceutical. We can keep the hundreds of billions in pharmaceutical settlements down for a bit longer.

I don't understand you people. You are all hyper patriotic, but hate the government at the same time. You criticize government, but WORSHIP the guy in charge of it all (when it's a Republican).

Being skeptical of a new vaccine is fine. But when you sell the anti-government angle, it doesn't work.

The same people telling me white supremacists are everywhere and are taking over the country are telling me the vaccine is mandatory. I've seen more ghosts than white supremacists.
