People wishing death on a 13 year old boy should be labeled as criminals.

And sent to prison for supporting murder. Shame on those people siding with police brutality for shooting Adam Toledo and saying he deserves to die. That's the worse thing any human being can say! No matter what the situation is. God will end up punishing them sooner or later!

Oh Tilly! Get off your damn soapbox with your idiotic statements. Please do everyone a favor and return to your village. They’ve been looking for you for several months! It’s not police brutality to shoot someone holding a gun and making the cop a possible target. Just use common sense at least once a week. A 13 year old kid with a gun can murder just as well as an adult with a gun. Good Grief! Without a doubt you had to have been dropped on your head when you were born! 🙇🏼‍♀️

reply

And lets not forget that the cop didn't know it was a 13 year old kid.All he knew was he was chasing a potentially dangerous armed suspect. It's amazing that so much anger and blame is placed toward this cop and yet no one seems to care that some asshole put a gun in the hands of a child.Who ever armed that kid is who really got him killed.

reply

Correct! And these alt-left Democrat lemmings conveniently fail to mention the kid was running with a 21 year old thug! Too bad he wasn’t put down like a dog!

”Nearby surveillance video shows 21-year-old Ruben Roman shooting at a passing vehicle with Toledo by his side, according to prosecutors in a bond hearing for Roman. Roman and Toledo then are said to have ducked into an alley, where officers found them shortly after.”

reply

Oh, yay, more liberal fascism. We haven’t had enough of that already this year. 🙄

Yeah, send people to prison for words now. Toss that 1st amendment right in the trash because someone says something you don’t like. Whether someone says something terrible or not, it’s not a crime, nor should it ever be, and people like you are just as bad as the people you claim to hate.

reply

The first ammendment argument is invalid when it comes to threats and life/death situations! Saying "someone deserves to die", puts up red flags, and in some cases, can get you fired from a job or even arrested. It's considered questionable to allow those people the responsibility of taking care of another human being or living creature.

Like for instance, kids, senior citizens, or even animals. No decent human being with a functioning brain would say such things! Once you go there, you've lost everyone's respect and trust!

reply

And you are a nitwit Tilly! If someone points a gun at a human target they deserve to get what is coming. If that means death...so be it. If the facts bear out he was holding a gun and refused to drop it he deserved what he got. Remember he was running with a 21 year old who was shooting at vehicles. You are so damn quick to judge situations you know nothing about. Maybe one of these days you will find yourself a victim and be screaming for help from the brutal police. I hope they don’t hear you.

reply

There you go again with excuses! Doesn't matter if they're guilty or not.

Robert Long, a white armed GROWN man shot and killed 8 Asian women in Atlanta Georgia! Guess what the cops said: "He was having a bad day." According to police, if a guilty white man murders innocent people, it's ok because he's "having a bad day!" Based on your logic, he should ALSO be gone. Shouldn't he? Same with Derek Chauvan and Kyle Rittenhouse. Forget Derek's trial! Anyone got a pistol?? 💥💥

YOUR logic not mine! Do the world a favor Kspy the Clown! Don't even THINK of having kids, pets, or working as a caregiver for senior citizens! Your mindset is so scary and questionable you shouldn't be trusted about other people!

reply

There you go twisting the facts. The victims were SIX Asian women, one White woman and a man. Yes, he should be gone...to the nearest firing squad! He’s a worthless pos who doesn’t deserve to breathe any more air other than to get to the firing squad.

People like you vote and that scares the hell out of me! Have you heard the calling yet? Your village has been on a quest searching for you. Please find Tilly, please.

reply

When you say a 13-year-old kid (A KID) deserves to die, that makes you just as guilty as him. Yes! I agree he shouldn't have a gun or be on the streets at 2am. But siding with the cops for killing him makes you just as guilty too. Ever heard of the saying: "If you fight fire with fire, you just get burned."

What Adam "deserved" was counseling, community services, and probation, and boot camp! And for his parents to be charged with a fine for allowing a minor to have a gun. If he violates his probation (causes any more trouble), perhaps a year in juvy.

That's how you deal with kids causing trouble! Kids make poor choices but deserve to be given a chance to turn their lives around become valuable members of society. Especially if they grow up in a troubled household, which is probably why Adam was the way that he was.

reply

”What Adam "deserved" was counseling, community services, and probation, and boot camp! And for his parents to be charged with a fine for allowing a minor to have a gun. If he violates his probation (causes any more trouble), perhaps a year in juvy.”

Would this be after he shot the cop or someone else? So, your solution to the situation is for the cop to have holstered his weapon, then yell to the kid “You’re just a kid. You don’t know any better. So take your best shot at me or anyone else who happens to walk by. It’s OK to shoot me because I’m a brutal cop and won’t be considered a victim. But, if I shoot you while you’re taking aim at me then you’ll be the victim. Got that straight? OK take your best shot now! Then after I’m dead or someone else is you won’t be charged cause you’re just a kid!”

reply

Let me ask you this, how can the cops be 100% sure he was in a gang or even had a gun? It was nighttime, it was too hard to tell. There was no clear evidence at the time he was gunned down. It wasn't until her was dead that the video and evidence came out.

Worse case scenario, he could have been proven innocent. Then what would they have done? Tell me!

It's never ok to wish death on anyone! Period!! Good decent human beings don't say that.

reply

No way Toledo deserved to die. I don't think this case is as clear cut as the others though.

reply

”Prosecutors said Adam stopped near a break in a wooden fence, and the officer ordered Adam to show his hands. At that point, prosecutors say Adam was standing with his left side toward the officer, and had his right hand at his right side. Adam turned towards the officer, and prosecutors say he had a gun in his right hand. The officer ordered Adam to drop gun. When he did not, prosecutors say the officers shot Adam once in the chest. That officer gave Adam CPR, but he did not survive.”

”The juvenile had a handgun in his right hand, given verbal direction, told to drop and stop and to adhere to the police officer's valid, lawful orders and the juvenile begins to turn," he said. "At that point (the officer) has no cover, no concealment, he's left with no other option."

If the above turns out to be factual, Toledo most certainly deserved to die. It was him or the officer.

Read what I posted again:

”Nearby *surveillance video shows 21-year-old Ruben Roman shooting at a passing vehicle with Toledo by his side,* according to prosecutors in a bond hearing for Roman. Roman and Toledo then are said to have ducked into an alley, where officers found them shortly after.”

reply

Im only basing it on the video I saw, I could be right/wrong and in between. I think the kid dropped the gun before turning around but turned too fast in a poorly lit situation. No way for the cop to know he didn't have a gun in hand in that split second. It's unfortunate. Don't think he deserved to die but understandable why he did.

reply

Maybe, just maybe if he had better parenting he wouldn’t be dead. And that goes for every parent. What in the hell is a 13 year old kid doing with a low life 21 year old who was shooting at cars? Where was his mother? Maybe, just maybe if more sperm donors took responsibility for whom they sire there wouldn’t so many Black & Brown kids dying. I just watched a program where a single mother has six kids. How many sperm donors are involved? Birth control is free. Whites have fast caught up with being irresponsible. It’s a proven fact when there is a two parent home, kids do better and the whole family is less likely to be in poverty.

I still believe if a 13 year old kid aims a gun at me...he deserves what is going to happen...he’s going to be shot. As I wrote before once that kid aims that gun at someone he’s no different than an adult...he can still shoot to kill. The officer pleaded with this kid to no avail.

reply

If you do to a certain neighborhood that you feel scared in, it's your responsibility to not go there.

No one is forcing you to go anywhere that's known for gang violence! If you feel threatened it's your own fault for making a silly choice to be there in the first place. When you go to certain unsafe places, you're doing it at your own risk. I'd never in my life wander around NYC and Chicago at 2:30am b/c that would be dumb and unsafe. If anyone chooses to do so and some kid aims at them, that's their own fault.

reply

So your logic is blame the victim. Gotcha! BTW, you don’t have to be in a bad area to be a victim of a crime. Does home invasions ring a bell? Does being followed home and being assaulted/murdered in your driveway ring a bell? Does being grabbed in a Walmart parking lot ring a bell? Does working at a convenience store or fast food place and being murdered ring a bell? Or to use your example does being murdered in a spa ring a bell? Damn...you are stupid! And you can’t fix stupid!

reply

But you're blaming the victim right now. Adam is a 13-year-old kid! He doesn't know any better. Kids always make dumb decisions, that's the reality of parenting and dealing with them. Kids will be kids and teens will be teens.

If a teen sneaks into an R-rated movie, he doesn't deserve to die.

If a kid spills a glass of juice and stains the carpet, he doesn't deserve to die.

Home invasions and robberies at stores and salons are different, thats beyond everyone's control! But you have control as to whether you visit dangerous ghetto neighborhood at night. Anyone with common sense knows bad things can happen! Muggers, drug dealers, and murderes are always on the streets in those places and therefore, you should make the wise choice to NOT be there!

reply

Huh? I now Christen thee, Rambling Tilly! The 13 year old kid was NOT a victim! Geez! So spilling a glass of milk equates to holding a gun and possibly killing a cop or someone else! Damn I never thought of it that way. You are such a pearl of wisdom. Please, please don’t have kids. One Tilly is enough to deal with and we don’t need you spawning more little Tillys. 🙇🏼‍♀️

Yep! Kids will be kids so just let them shoot & kill whomever they wish. After all they are just kids! How about this Tilly, the next time a cop faces a situation where he could be gunned down, have him call your number if he has it and you can put yourself between the kid and the cop. You can then become the target. Maybe the kid has good aim.

reply

Do the world a favor Kspy the Clown!
Stay away from all kids and living creatures. Your mindset scares me and puts up a lot of red flags!

Oh and btw! My "Tillys" aren't gonna be anything like you! My "Tillys" will learn respect, decency, and making wise choices! (Like never wandering around a dangerous neighborhood at night with potential gang violence). Id also teach them to treat others how they want to be treated! I'd raise them to be good kids to decrease their chances of getting in trouble with the law, because oh yeah: I NEVER EVER once said it was ok for Adam to have a gun or be in a gang....just that he didn't deserve to die!

I'd never spoil or coddle them cause I don't want them growing up to be self-entitled Karens who put their "freedom" before the health and safety of others (yes! I'm still on that! Sound familiar😏)!

reply

I need to inform you...the word “wise” should not be used by you. It should not be in your lexicon.

“That gun was in the boy's hand when a police officer shot him in the chest, according to Assistant State's Attorney James Murphy.”

Nearby surveillance video captured the moment Roman fired shots at a passing vehicle while Toledo stood by his side on the corner of 24th Street and Sawyer Avenue early on the morning of March 29, according to prosecutors.

They also said police body camera video, which will be shown to Toledo's family before the public, captured the moments an officer told the boy to repeatedly to quote "drop it."

The video reportedly shows Toledo stopped with his left side facing the officer.

Prosecutors described the teen having a gun in his right hand, and said when he turned towards the officer, the officer shot Toledo in the chest.

The video, according to police, shows a gun in Toledo's right hand as he nears an open area of fence next to an empty lot. Toledo turns to his left, toward the officer, and what police say is the gun disappears behind his right side. Toledo begins to raise his hands as he's facing the officer when the officer fires his weapon.
From the time police said the gun was first visible on body-worn camera footage in Toledo's hand, to the time the officer fired his weapon, was eight tenths of a second. In that period of time, his right arm disappears behind the fence before he begins to raise both hands.

reply

Just understand this. When you wish death upon someone, you yourself also Deserve to suffer whatever fate comes your way! If you and Adam have the same fate, so be it. No one will sympathize With you or shed a tear😉

reply

I refuse to debate you any further. You are devoid of intelligent thought. Wishing death on someone and saying that someone deserved death due to his actions are not equatable. And God help us...you vote!

reply

I didn't wish death but it did enter my mind that killing a gang banger young has prevented the thievery, violence and murders he would have inflicted upon society.

reply

If Adam Toldeo had a gun and was making a move to point it towards the cops, he DID deserve to die. If he tossed the gun away or didn't have one - and both the media and public can't seem to agree on the truth - he was obviously murdered and his murderers deserve maximum punishment.

reply

Ok! So based on that logic let's see! Thousands of Trump supporters attends crowded rallys last year without masks. As a result, they gabe Covid to many people and killed them. So since they're murderers and the people who caught Covid from them are innocen "victims". I guess the Trump suporters at the rallys deserve to die😉! Ok thanks for telling me👍🏽

reply

Boy, that was some rant.

well , this is now a lengthy thread with everybody talking at cross purposes.

you started saying some crazy shit about people defending the cop should be sent to prison ,

but now most of ther posts are about the technicalities of the actual incident.

please restate wtf you are talking about.
