I feel like he's gonna make someone crazy enough to pop him from some sniper position when he's out in the open. Usually activists that go too far left or go after groups like these will draw out the very extreme types willing to go beyond what one would consider normal extreme.
Plenty of people on the left and right radicalized enough to do something crazy already.

That thought occurred to me at the Inauguration.
I assumed the powers that be would have made the most strident efforts for that not to happen.

I think in today's times it is near impossible to assassinate a president from all the past mistakes learned from the past like Reagan and JFK among a few others although I think he's still vulnerable somehow from far distances if one has a high powered scope. I know there are anti-sniper teams nearby but I think they're only for buildings surrounding the president and not maybe 2 blocks or more away. Heck, I have seen a movie where they use remote controlled weapon to do the sniping/shooting like Law Abiding Citizen or The Jackal. Then again, CCTV cams after FBI combs through can find eventually find out the suspect.
