5 of the 7 justices are democrat, interesting...no funny business going on here.

"[W]e conclude the Board did not act contrary to law in fashioning its regulations governing the positioning of candidate representatives during the pre-canvassing and canvassing process, as the Election Code does not specify minimum distance parameters for the location of such representatives," the 5-2 decision read.

Justices Baer, Donohue, Dougherty and Wecht join the opinion with Justice Todd.

Chief Justice Saylor files a dissenting opinion in which Justice Mundy joins.

Court says no.

reply

The Democrat Court, certainly there was no bias.

reply

And if it reaches SCOTUS? Definitely no bias am I right? 6 Cons and 3 Dems. >_>

Almost like you're saying oh my side has no bias, no siree, we only play fair, everyone else is a baddie.

reply

It was thrown out because they said all observers were restricted to the same. Although that might be true, the point is, the dems have nothing to find and everything to hide, so why would they bitch about it the distance. They don't care.

Once again, dems use the pandemic as a political weapon to gain power over the system. Once again, all of you indoctrinated sheep just go along with it. Then again, what else is new?
