CNBC/NBC paid contributor fired after revealing he helped write Biden speeches

Jon Meacham was fired as a paid contributor for NBC & MSNBC when the New York Times revealed that he helped Joe Biden write speeches. He praised his own Biden acceptance speech on the air after the election, without disclosing that he helped write it.

An MSNBC insider also confirmed that Dr. Ezekiel Emanuel, who was appointed to Biden’s coronavirus task force this week, will no longer serve as a paid contributor.
