Way too many states Trump needs to win. The Supreme Court will only step in if there is a point of law in a particular state and it will decide the election. The 2000 election was a special case, because it alone decided the election and because there was no way the intent of the ballots in question could be definitively determined. Biden really doesn't need Pennsylvania if Georgia and/or Nevada and/or Arizona hold up for him.
