will not only NOT face any political consequences for their key roles in the death toll from the coronavirus, but may actually even be rewarded by their morally bankrupt and/or brainwashed citizens (the majority, at least) for their "decisive" leadership. Not that the leaders of Spain, Italy, France and Iran are entirely blameless either. However, China at the front end America at the back and are particularly shameful in their conduct. And the U.K.'s Boris Johnson is just a special kind of stupid all his own. A pox on all their houses!

Please give us an example of who has handled this well?

China clearly mislead the world handling this virus.

The rest of the world has pretty much been on the same page. Except Donald Trump who blocked flights from China back in January. The Democrat leadership waited for the NBA to suspend their season in mid March before they stopped telling people to go and hug Chinese people.

Instead of brainless back seat driving tell us what and how world leaders should’ve responded unilaterally with utterly zero evidence.

No one has handled it great, but a few have done relatively OK: Taiwan, South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, and Japan NOT CHINA. Anyway, the numbers will tell the story... the death toll in America will be catastrophically higher than anywhere else...and we were one of the last to get it. We did nothing but feed the American people a steady diet of lies and idiocy. China is worse because they caused deaths outside of China, but America's totally unnecessary death tolls are a crime of their own. "Back seat driver"? Ha, that's a laugh. There is no FRONT SEAT driver. That's the problem. Don't blame me for seeing the retaining wall we're headed to from the back seat.

But go ahead, cheer on your Trump Death Cult. Anyway, nothing positive will come out of this. The economic and political powers that be in the world will use this to consolidate their power even further.

All but Japan have a tiny population compared to USA. The only useful stats are per capita.

They still did extremely well considering their population density and the sheer number of Chinese people and others flying through their countries China in the early days. Many Chinese were travelling to those countries during the Chinese New Year, so they did spectacularly, actually. Besides, Singapore, Taiwan, South Korea, Japan and Hong Kong have a total combined population of about 215 million, which is not that far off of America's population of 327 million. Each of those countries didn't do exactly the same thing, but whatever they did was much more effective than what we have done so far. That's a fact. Don't worry, America will fail in epic fashion, so you will get your numbers soon.

Those are Asian countries. They're used to follow orders. That has its problems, but in this case it's clearly a strength.

Western modern "multicultural" countries are much more chaotic and less law abiding.

That's a difference between Asian cultures and multi-ethnical tribal western ones. Pinning it on Trump is just ridiculous. Enough with that stupid "orange man bad".

Singapore is a multi-ethnic country. So is Hong Kong.

The different ethnic groups are quite similar between them. Muslims in Singapore give some trouble, as it happens in China, but they're under strict control.

It's like US before XXth century. It was basically English and Germans. It worked because even being different ethnic groups, they had a strong common ground. There's barely any common ground with modern massive immigration, neither in US or in Europe.

Every country and every location has different obstacles. The US is the wealthiest country in the world and because of our booming Trump economy our citizens have the most wealth and freedom to afford to move around more and this spreads the disease quicker.

Take Wuhan. They goto work, they go home. They have no lives.

You’re giving zero evidence to support your point of view. Who was calling for the US to do more before March 15? No one. Not the media. Not the DNC leadership.

Fortunately Trump blocked flights from China months before the DNC called for any action. Their solution was to tell people to socialize and hug Chinese people. We’d have 100k dead if we had followed their advice.

We're doing far worse at this point in our outbreak than any other country we can assume is mostly telling the truth was doing at the same point in their's. This is based on the infection rate curve and death rates (which can easily be confirmed at the Johns Hopkins website). This leaves out Iran and Italy, because we many never know the true numbers in those two places.

Then I guess we should lock up Pelosi, Schumer, Schiff, all the Democrat presidential candidates, and the Democrat media. Because none of them said a peep about CV19 until mid March.

On top of it the Democrat party/media has been distracting the country with corrupt investigations that couldn’t produce a single piece of evidence. This would be the Russia collusion investigation. Brett Kavenaugh investigations. And the impeachment that the Democrats purposely drug out for months longer than needed. While we could’ve been dealing with CV19 last fall.

While we’re busy throwing leadership in jail we can toss Governors Newsom, Cuomo, Inslee in the can too.

Fortunately we have a constitution and rule of law that protects innocent people from being thrown in jail because ignorant Democrats like yourself get their feels hurt.

Well, China, US and UK are doing much better than Spain, or Italy, or France.

It seems that you just picked up political leaders you don't like, independently of how their countries are really doing.

The U.S. is NOT doing better than Spain, Italy or France. The U.S. is only 7,000 deaths off of Italy's pace and we have been averaging about a thousand dead a day the last couple of days. So if we keep that average for the next two weeks when this is expected to peak we could have about 22,000 deaths, maybe 30,000 by the end of the month. If Florida is the next domino that falls it could be much, much higher. We will take the world wide lead within a week or two tops. The United Kingdom's numbers are starting to explode too and will begin rivaling those of France, Spain and Italy. The U.K. is about 3,000 off France's pace but they got a later start and will catch up.
