T-rump adds 28 million more people to the population of Seoul during his press conference

From T-rump's afternoon shitshow which he calls a 'press conference':

“We have areas of the country that’s very large. I know South Korea better than anybody. It’s very tight. Do you know how many people in Seoul?”

“Do you know how big the city of Seoul is?” Trump asked.

“38 million people,” he stated, responding to his own question.

Yeah - it's slightly under 10 million people, and South Korea has 52 million.

So where did he get his 38 Million figure for population? Most likely from the elevation of Seoul (38 m according to Wiki) when he looked it up before his presser to impress his minions. You know - elevation / population - it all means the same thing to him.

Or it could be the Tokyo area, which is 38 million people. The Seoul area is not far from that.

(Supposed the quote was actually what he said and it's not made up or changed by the media, which nowadays it's quite probable)
