President Donald Trump, who has been regularly dishonest and inaccurate in his remarks about the coronavirus crisis, delivered another series of false and misleading claims at the White House coronavirus briefing on Thursday.

Trump is incompetent and unable to stop lying. This is why some news networks will stop airing Trump's daily briefings of nonsense.

You don't know what context mean, do you? If a critic says, "best movie I saw this year", the critic can be quoted that. However, if his next sentence says, "However, it's the first movie out for the year." and you don't quote that, it's called taking the critic out of context.
