Plenty of Strugglling Middle-Class Prove Economy is Bad

Unaffordable healthcare, housing, and childcare proves that Trump has failed them and the economy is bad for most Americans. Low wages that are not keeping up the the cost of living is the reality. Trump is out of touch.

reply

Bu bu but the stock market!!!!!! Low unemployment!!!!! Derpy derp derp derp!!!!!!!!!!

reply

Bu bu but the stock market is sliding back down, at rapid speed! The China Trade Deals aren't going through! T-rump is blaming some Chinese official named Coronavirus for the deal going bust ! (Though he never met the guy - he may have taken a picture or two).

reply

China is playing Trump like a fiddle. You can't win a trade war with China. China can quell any dissent. Americans have a voice. That "Stage 1" trade deal that was signed was nothing more than some promises.

reply

It was nothing more than a photo op for T-rump to try and boost his dismal approval rating. It's not working, now is it ? But those T-rumpbots will stay with him through thick and thin.

reply

Those people are lost causes. Gotta get the swing vote. That's what scares me about Bernie.

reply

I think the swing vote will go with Bernie or whomever is on the Dem ticket. I really do.

reply

You got any data?

reply

That's a bizarre question, Simpleton Sandy. Don't you interact with people offline?

reply

I do and they aren't bitching about being a destitute and bitter wretch like you. If you're going to make a claim, prove it. Saying you heard it from a little mouse, ain't proof. Just FYI.

reply

Simpleton Sandy, you're out of touch.

reply

She's right, y'know. If you don't understand that wages have been stagnant, the middle class is shrinking, college debt is a huge problem, and people under the top 10% are very worried about where this country is going, then you are willfully ignorant and enjoying the disparity. I'm not going to jump to every US News article in order to participate here, but when your komrades post complete lies just for your enjoyment, we have to object.
Trump in unfit for office, everyone can see this. That some people find it amusing is all the worse.

reply

And what do you think ought to be done, exactly?

Raise wages above the market rate? What does that do? Increases unemployment.

Middle class is shrinking? So what should be done? Redistribution of wealth, right? So for the people that did well in life, the govt is going to reach into their pockets and give it away to who? The poor? How does that make hard work and perseverance an example of success, when all you have to do is NOTHING and let the govt steal hard earned wages to be redistributed to you in your world???

College debt is a huge problem? Where those people forced to go to college? Were they free to choose what they wanted to major in? How is it your neighbor's fault these people chose poorly? How is it the govt's fault and why should taxpayers bail out people that had the freedom to choose and the opportunity to get a higher education???

So the over 50% of the population that voted for Trump, are they in the top 10%??? No? So why did they vote for Trump then? You're right people were worried where the country was going. If Hillary was president, what a hellhole we'd be in. You want to see an example? Look at California.

I appreciate you using my word, but how am I and people like me, komrades when you and your pals are asking for all the govt handouts???

Trump is unfit for office and everybody can see it? Narrow minded.

reply

I apologize for responding to you in the first place. You are a tiresome ideologue. You sound like some ivory tower conservative who is insulated from regular people. Good for you, glad for your luck. Ignore.

reply

trumps an idiot. If I have to paint a more vivid picture for you, I don't know what to say. Constantly whining that everyone treats him bad. Why is that, anyway? Is it because he's a lightning rod for bad behavior? He was already a bad actor before he became a miserable pub candidate, and their party is so bankrupt that he's the standard bearer. Hey, move on to Hannibal Lecter while you are at it. It's pitiful and disgusting. And whatever ad hominem ugliness you like to throw at HRC - well after the fact - the country would be in a much better place had she been in office. trump is a paranoid crook, worse than nixon, and we are sliding into a very dark place with this creep.

reply

Ignorance is Strength, innit? Instead of responding or rebutting the things I said, you just closed shop. Typical. You dems bitch and moan about everything and anything, yet never offer any sound or rational solutions to the problems you bitch about. Do you really believe the New Green Deal is feasible??? Seriously?

How are you going to pay medicare for all? Lizzy can't do the math and neither can Bernie.

Finally, you're simply Orange man Bad. How the hell can you even defend Hillary? You know she tried to cover up Bengahzi. You know she lied about being under sniper fire. You know the Clinton Foundation was a pay to play scheme. You know she bleached her hard drive after those files were subpoenaed. Now tell me how it would be a much better place with her in office? How much foreign influence would there be with her in office? How much money would the Clinton Foundation make from that influence?

So do you believe Jill Stein is a Russian agent? Do you believe Tulsi Gabbard is one too? Absolutely pathetic.

While I take many polls with a grain of salt, I take more note of apples to apples trajectories.

"Americans' confidence in the economy is higher than at any point in the past two decades. Similarly, national satisfaction is the highest in nearly 15 years.

Sixty-three percent of Americans now approve of the way Trump is handling the economy, up six points from the prior reading in November. It is the highest economic approval rating not only for Trump, but for any president since George W. Bush enjoyed stratospheric job approval ratings in the first few months after the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks.
Trump's ratings for handling foreign affairs (47%) and foreign trade (50%) are also his best to date."

You've got more important things to do than post weak BS trying to hurt Trump. By your own characterization a "communist" is poised to take over your party. That should disturb you more than the prospect of Republicans winning again.

reply

And of course, you prefer a dictatorship which your party supports wholeheartedly.

Hitler had a high approval rate, also, as do the majority of dictators, populists and autocrats.

Trump and Sanders supporters are angry about their sad lives. It's obvious they're not doing well financially. If the economy was doing so well then nobody would be supporting Medicare for All since health insurance would be completely affordable.

reply

LOL! Unlike dictators, who control the media, 99% of the media has been waging dishonest war against Trump since before he took office, and he's been such a good President that he still has a higher approval rating than Obama did at this point.

Again, for whatever polls are worth, which is something since you're just desperately making up absurd crap based on nothing, here's more evidence showing how wrong you are.

"Six in 10 Americans say they are better off than they were three years ago when he took office, and about the same number credit him for the improvement.

No other incumbent president in the past three decades has enjoyed such a high percentage of people saying they feel better about their situation. In 2012, when President Barack Obama was in the White House, 45% of Americans told Gallup they were better off than they were three years ago. In 2004, 1996 and 1992, the number was 50%.

In the latest survey, 61% say they are better off, 36% say they're not and 3% say they're about the same.

A strong majority of Americans (62%) say Trump should get credit for improving the economy."

"Nine in 10 Americans are satisfied with the way things are going in their personal life, a new high in Gallup's four-decade trend. The latest figure bests the previous high of 88% recorded in 2003."

Lolz!

T-rump has slipped to 43.3% approval, while Obama was at 47% approval at this point in their first term. You lie once again.

Everyone - join in and take a victory lap around krl97a for this one! (It's a good work-out, trust me!)

LOL! You're citing a Democrat blog with an unscientific mishmash of random polls, and even it shows Trump on an upward trajectory (not "slipp(ing)"). If you hadn't dropped out of school you would understand the concept of "apples versus oranges". By contrast the widely reported Trump/Obama comparison that I cited was by the same polling outfit (Gallup) using the same methodology; apples to apples.

You lose again, Doggiedaddy, as always. Take another defeat lap.

What an idiot you are. You really are.

First, that 'mishmash' of random polls is an average of all the popular polls taken, including Rasmussen and Gallup - two conservative pollsters.

https://fivethirtyeight.com/features/how-were-tracking-donald-trumps-approval-ratings/

Second, T-rump was at 44.6% just a few days ago, and now at 43.3% - the trajectory shows him slipping.

You really need to invest in some sort of education; start with elementary and see how you do .

reply

First, that 'mishmash' of random polls is an average of all the popular polls taken,

Which makes it an unscientific mishmash, since those polls aren't constant over time, and there's no scientific gain from combining polls from different outfits with different methodologies anyway. It's hack armchair stuff.
including Rasmussen and Gallup - two conservative pollsters.

LOL, what? Gallup is run by liberals and Rasmussen is non-partisan, moron.
Second, T-rump was at 44.6% just a few days ago, and now at 43.3% - the trajectory shows him slipping.

LOL! No, that's just trivial statistical noise due to polling's imprecision, not a trend (at least not yet). Your own blog's graph shows a steep upward trend since early January, with a broader, gentler upward trend since last October (a few fluctuations aside).

Your Democrat blog has Trump's recent polling at the highest in their chart it's been since early 2017, halfwit. You know nothing about statistics, and it's hilarious that you're trying so hard but futilely to spin this, while not even mentioning the devastating news (for you) I cited above about historically high economic approval, record "better off since he took office" numbers, record life "satisfaction" numbers, etc.. You sure don't know when to stop digging your own hole and cut your losses.

reply

You really need an education.

reply

LOL! That's it? Alright, loser. I accept your surrender, classless though it was.

reply

It wasn't a surrender - it was very good advice.

reply

If you ever do graduate high school and attend college, be sure to take a statistics class. You might actually learn something.
