The IMF and other western agencies were calling for Shokin's firing long before they asked Joe to be the one to do it. The Burisma investigation had to do with tax fraud from before Hunter joined the board. The investigation went dormant. Shokin's own deputy said he wasn't interested in Burisma. Even Ukrainians were demanding Shokin's soviet-uniform wearing ass to be fired.

These idiots are still defending Hillary Clinton who provably broke laws in mishandling classified info and trying to cover it up.
Conversely, if Trump's own IG had announced that his IRS had abused its power to suppress liberal groups prior to an election, his IRS head had pleaded the Fifth(!) like a mobster, and instead of any recusals or special counsels ever being appointed his AG had stone walled, covered everything up, and passed out immunity like candy to block any future investigation while never indicting anyone, they would be screaming even louder for impeachment than they are now, and Schiff and Nadler would have vastly more meat to draw up articles with rather than having to humiliate themselves with these pathetic, made up vague "charges" like they are in real life.
Now imagine Trump had also used foreign agents in entrapment schemes and lied on FISA warrants to spy on Biden's campaign, along with an incestuous operation where the DOJ worked with private sleazy oppo research firm Fusion GPS and more foreign agents to generate a bogus anti-Biden "dossier", paid for by the Trump campaign and RNC, with a top DOJ official's wife working for Fusion GPS and helping write the dossier which her husband transmitted to the FBI. Toss in deaths in Fast and Furious and the mix of incompetence and lies in the Benghazi fiasco for good measure and you've got a much more solid case.
