"Lev remembers" - Parnas wants to testify, since Devil Nunes can't recall their phone conversations

Lev Parnas attorney Joseph Bondy says his client remembers his phone calls with the House Intelligence Committee’s top Republican Devil Nunes, even though the Congressman from California 'doesn't remember'. And Parvas is willing to testify everything he remembers!

Phone records which were obtained from AT&T show Parnas and Nunes had four phone calls in mid-April, at the time a smear-campaign was going on, which ended up getting former Ukraine Ambassador Marie Yovanovitch fired. One call lasted at least 8 minutes, which Nunes claims he can't recall.

On Tuesday, he told FOX's Sean Hannity, ""You know, it's possible, but I haven't gone through all my phone records. I don't really recall that name, but it seems very unlikely that I would be taking calls from random people."

Nunes has been under fire for not recusing himself from the hearings, knowing full well he was part of the plan to smear Yovanovitch. This morning on a FOX interview, Nunes complained about the HIC getting his records in the first place.

“I think the whole thing is just sickening, but he [Adam Schiff] did it to one of my current staff members and one of my former staff members who he doesn’t like,” said Devil Nunes.

What he meant was "it's sickening that I got caught".

In an interview this morning on CBS, Schiff responded, “Every investigator seeks phone records to corroborate, sometimes to contradict, a witness’s testimony.”
