T-rump economy rolls on...Gas prices will be the highest in five years over Thanksgiving weekend

T-rump's booming economy is going to take a toll on Americans traveling this upcoming holiday weekend - gas prices are expected to be the highest over Thanksgiving weekend in five years. Gas Buddy is predicting the average price across America will be $2.56 a gallon to fill your tank with regular unleaded. In Utah, the average price is expected to be just under $3 a gallon.

Patrick DeHaan, the head of petroleum analysis at GasBuddy, says this will be the third straight year that average gas prices will be in the $2.50s for the holiday weekend. Usually, the price of gas drops an average of ten cents between mid-October and mid-November, but this year the drop was only five cents.

According to a survey by Gas Buddy, 30% of Americans say the high price to fill up their tanks have made an impact on their holiday travel plans. There is an expected 7% increase this year over last year in travel plans, overall.

And the T-rump economy rolls on...

reply

You're really going to try to use Thanksgiving as an indicator of fuel costs? SMH.

reply

I remember a decade ago when I was paying nearly $5 per gallon.

reply

Yep and antifa queen, Doggiedaddy will dodge that fact.

reply

Wrong again, you lying White Nationalist.

reply

And yet you dodged it. What are my lies? LIAR.

reply

Dodged it? You call answering a question directly dodging it? Your are a simple-minded moron.

reply

A decade ago we were in the worst recession since the Stone Age, thanks to the Republicans. Gas prices were horrible because of that.

reply

Wow! You know who was at the helm a decade ago??? Oh, wait!! It was Bush's fault!!! Did anything good happen during the Obama years? If so, that was Bush's fault, too.

reply

You don't understand the economy, and how it works AT ALL.

reply

You have no idea what I understand but LYING and throwing around weak attempt to deflect is what you're known for.

reply

You understand nothing.

reply

Okay, hour parroting deflection doesn't work. How 'bout you address your LIES?

reply

No parroting deflection - just calling it like it is, cupcake.

reply

Okay, little girl. How about addressing your LIES?

reply

No lies to address, sweetie. But keep'em coming...

reply

LIAR!! You said the WH Press Secretary said impeachment is against the constitution. That is a total and complete LIE.

reply

Damn, I thought by now you would have learned that 'against the constitution' and 'unconstitutional' is the same thing. Guess you haven't.

reply

What you said was an outright lie. The WH Press Secretary said no such thing. You're a LIAR!

reply

OMG! You're nuts.

reply

What am I nuts about? You said it and it was a LIE! Quit deflecting.

reply

[deleted]

You must be reading her mind! I'm sure that's what she thinks!!

reply

The Democrats destroyed the housing market. Also the dems were in control of the house (controls spending) two years leading up to the recessions.

reply

Bush inherited a surplus from Clinton when Clinton left office in January, 2001. Bush lied us into war, wrecked the economy, and left us with the worst economy since the Stone Age. Gotta give credit where credit is due.

reply

I'm not - Gas Buddy is. I'm spreading the news, but you're such an idiot you can't understand that.

Bottom line - it's going to cost you more money to fill up your tank and attend the Proud Boys meeting and then the KKK meeting afterwards, you despicable lying human being.

reply

Again more LIES and AGAIN, I am not, have never been and never will be a member of the proud boys or KKK. You on the other hand are a detestable member of antifa and a pathological LIAR.

Thanksgiving or any other major traveling holidays are NOT an over all indicator of gas prices and I'd like to say "but you're such an idiot you can't understand that." but you do understand that. YOU'RE such an idiot that you think no one else understands that.

reply

Thanksgiving or any other major traveling holidays are NOT an over all indicator of gas prices and I'd like to say "but you're such an idiot you can't understand that."

No where in the post did I say 'Thanksgiving or any other major holidays ARE an over all indicator of gas prices. No where. I'm sharing the news that THIS Thanksgiving is predicted to be the highest prices over the holiday weekend in five years.

But you're such an idiot you can't understand that. You should spend more time in remedial classes and less time at your Proud Boys meetings.

reply

Deflecting the fact that you're a PROVEN LIAR and delusional antifa member doesn't work. Give it up.

reply

Deflecting the fact that you're a PROVEN PSYCHO and delusional Proud Boys member doesn't work. Give it up.

reply

Show this proof that I'm psycho. I have proof that you're a LIAR.

reply

Everyone of your threads prove you're a psycho.

reply

Okay so you're talking out of your ass, as usual. You ARE a proven LIAR by the lies you post.

reply

$2.04 when I went by the station this morning.

reply

$2.52 this morning when I went to fill up. Just under the predicted $2.56 average.

reply

This is due more to local state taxes than Trump. Gas is $2.06 where I am. You're trying to use Thanksgiving as an gauge for the cost of gas? LOL. You are stupid.

reply

You're trying to use Thanksgiving as an gauge for the cost of gas?

No, I'm sharing the news of how expensive it will be for Americans to fill their tanks this holiday weekend - the most expensive in five years, thanks to the T-rump economy.

I'm sharing the 'GasBuddy' survey which says 30% of Americans have had their travel plans impacted due to the high cost of gas to fill their tanks - thanks to the T-rump economy.

It's quite comical to see one post - which was sharing news on the price of gas from 'GasBuddy' (which is not a political organization in the least) can have so many different interpretations from Republican idiots. You, Shitman,childishone...all different interpretations of what was posted.

reply

As I said, gas prices are so high because they are averaging in states with high state taxes on gas. It has everything to do with the state, not Trump. As usual your agenda against Trump has backfired.

reply

The taxes in the state are a constant factor, it's the amount taxed on which varies and makes the price go up, nitwit.

When gas was this high under Obama five years ago, Republicans were all to eager to blame him for the high prices. Now they're quick to go battle for T-rump, and defend his orange head.

reply

You got owned. Go back to mommy's basement

reply

Hardly.

reply

On my ULTRA LIBERAL news last night they said gas prices are going down and are expected to keep going down throughout the next few weeks.
I probably shouldn't believe them though since they are fake news! 😉

No thanks to Pritzker we pay $.38 tax per gallon. He's such a loser but that's what happens when people keep electing these stinkin' Democrats!

reply

$2.35 on Thanksgiving morning 😉

reply

$2.52 on Thanksgiving morning.

National average is $2.58.

https://gasprices.aaa.com/state-gas-price-averages/

reply

I'm just telling you how much it was by me on Thanksgiving morning. This week it has fluctuated a penny or two.

reply

And I responded with the price in my neighborhood on Thanksgiving morning. I also included a price map published yesterday by AAA travel of average gas prices across the country, for anyone traveling.

reply

What's funny is that Trumpers are tripping over each other to defend this/deflect the blame against Trump even though those same knuckle draggers were bashing Obama every time the gas went up.

Gotta love that good old Trumper hypocrisy.

reply

I know! Some examples....

GDP at 1.9% is 'bad' under Obama, but 'fantastic' under T-rump.

Gas prices at $2.56 (national average) is 'bad' under Obama, but 'fantastic' under T-rump.

'Black President' is bad under Obama, but 'Orange President' is fantastic under T-rump.

reply

Don't forget: "It was wrong for Obama to golf but right for Trump to golf three times as much as Obama".

reply

Trump is 3X a better President than Obama.

reply

I like that reply!

Reminds me of the Babe Ruth quote "I had a better year than the President."

Doesn't change the fact that Trump is a disaster.

And the fact that Trump is a disaster, does not change the fact that none of the current loser Democratic candidates will beat him in 2020.

reply

That’s true, too!

reply

Aaaand, as predicted, all the usual suspects are in here, knee pads strapped on, ready to service their cheeto lord and master.

I'll bet they'll still blame this on Obama somehow, some way.

reply

Once again, such a "fine" American you are to hope for bad news for the country and its citizens just to forward your Orange Man Bad narrative. Your posts are so shameless now that you don't even care how transparent your indoctrination is. Pathetic.

reply

I'm sharing the news - not hoping for anything, you brainless moron. Facts are facts - except in T-rumpland.

Let's hope you don't miss the short-bus today!

reply

As if you aren't tee-heeing like a fairy at the speculative news. Please spare us your phony sanctimonious concerns. Let's test you then. Do you hope for a recession on the American people so people will not vote for him, yes or no?

Speaking of tee-heeing, have you picked up your copy of Alice the Fairy or are you waiting for Black Friday deal? I understand you wanting to get the best deal and the best deals are given because of competition. Competition in the market place is good for consumers and keeps vendors and manufacturers to constantly update their products to be competitive. However, in the country you want to drive us down, that competition does not exist. Liberty does not exist as you want to hand over more and more control over to the state, thus thinking is less required. Freedom is Slavery. Just another reason that makes you a despicable person. Enjoy!

Thoughts and prayers go out to your special-ed teacher. She has her hands full with you.

reply

Thoughts and prayers don't hurt people and when there is sincerity behind them, they are comforting. However, from a phony person as yourself, there never is any sincerity as you don't even believe in yourself. How sad and disappointing that is. How insecure that must make you, but you long for the ego strokes from your komrades.

Instead, you should just read Alice the Fairy. Those tee-hees will be sincere tee-hees. Phony tee-hees are just like your thoughts and prayers. Do you see the difference? Hearing a persons words of sorrow coming from a place of sincerity is something that can be of value, but you wouldn't know because nobody cares about you so you've never heard those words addressed to you in sincerity. Sad as that maybe and perhaps a part of the reason why you are a despicable person. My sincere thought and prayers go out to you. A despicable person. Enjoy!

Ewwwwww! Sounds like something straight out of a Franklin Graham sermon!

reply

As you are a phony person, no wonder why you would think this, yes? You were tee-heeing when Murray Energy filed for bankruptcy. Even if it fits the narrative, you don't care about the collateral damage that is done. It only makes sense. You're a despicable person.

reply

No one was "tee-heeing" about Murray Energy except you, the autistic one. As a matter of fact, you, the autistic one, let it be known you had no empathy for the hundreds of workers who lost their jobs and pensions due to the shut-down, as you "tee-heed" about it.

But there is good news for you, autistic one...

https://www.disabilityscoop.com/2019/10/02/trump-signs-autism-act/27246/

reply

Then why did you post that story then? Because it fit your narrative or to show the plight of the workers out of a job? Both? Everybody here knows you push the Orange man Bad agenda shamelessly, so it's only obvious you were tee-heeing at the news. Again, you don't care what collateral damage happens as long as it fits your narrative, so spare us your sanctimonious chepooka, phony.

reply

Why did I post the story about Murray Energy? Are you serious with that question?

reply

I'm sorry, that was a rhetorical question. I thought you'd know that by now. My bad dunce.🤪🤪🤪

reply

As usual, your response makes no sense.

reply

I'm sorry you're stupid. Why don't you go bitch to your mother about that?🤪🤪🤪

reply

Look in the mirror, please.

reply

Okay. Damn! I'm good looking!

reply

No, you're really not Eric. As a matter of fact you look very much like Daddy T-rump. So does Ghouliani's son Andrew - which really makes one wonder who is Andrew's biological daddy ?

reply

Once again, I am so flattered you take my personal life so personally. Nothing else better to do, yes?🤪🤪🤪🤪

reply

If that's what it take to flatter you - knock yourself silly.

reply

Gas prices in my city are $4.50 a gallon.

reply

And the T-rump economy rolls on at $4.50 a gallon!

reply

$2.29 by me today.

reply

$2.09 today.

reply

$2.25 today. (12/2)

reply

$2.22 today (12/3)

$2.18 (12/5)

reply

$2.07 (12/6)

reply

Still $2.18 today (12/6)

reply

$2.06 (12/7)

going to fill up today...

reply

$2.52 - going to put off filling up.

reply

Your stupid ass doesn't realize this is all about state taxes on gas. Idiot

reply

Taxes are constant. Prices fluctuate. Idiot.

reply

Gas taxes differ from state to state. Just stop. Your ignorance is too much.

reply

Gas taxes are a constant. Prices are the variable. Doesn’t matter the state moron. You should have stayed in high school and taken Algebra.

reply

https://taxfoundation.org/state-gas-tax-rates-2019/

Wholy shit you can't be this dumb. Higher gas taxes means high prices.

reply

Once again, gas taxes are constant. They don't go up or down. The price of gas does - it's called a variable.

It's similar to property - the property value is the variable, the property taxes are the constant.

You really never made it to algebra, did you? Constants and variables? Out of your reach?

reply

Why don't you understand that gas costs different amounts depending on the state? I doubt you made it past elementary school, lemming.

reply

Ohhh, it finally jumped up. $2.32 today (12/10). You were wrong about gas prices going up over the Thanksgiving holiday, doggie because every day since they went down or stayed the same. Until now, nearly 2 weeks later.

The fake news media told me that gas prices would keep going down for the next few weeks. They were close though. Maybe next time. But telling the truth isn't their strong suit.

reply

This may have been the case where you live, but not everywhere - certainly not where I live.

reply

Well you did say "across America."

reply

I did indeed. We represent two locations.

Gas prices in my city.....$4.50 a gallon.

reply

LordBullShit is going to try to convince you it's the taxes not the price of gas which is causing the increase. LOL! You know - taxes vary each day, but the price of gas stays the same every day (that's his logic).
