CORRECTION:
There is NO such thing as a DEMOCRAT PARTY.
A DEMOCRAT is ONE PERSON (SINGULAR).
A DEMOCRATIC PARTY is composed of SEVERAL PEOPLE (PLURAL).
In other words, it's the same as saying one is a member of the UNITED STATE (SINGULAR CASE) of America.
One obviously can't be a MEMBER of ONE STATE that isn't UNITED with OTHER STATES.
Just like one can't be a member of a PARTY without it also having OTHER MEMBERS in it.
Whenever you use the SINGULAR CASE instead of the PLURAL CASE it also makes you SOUND EXTREMELY UNEDUCATED, STUPID and IGNORANT.
