Pence to headline $35,000 per couple fundraiser at gay-owned private club, according to arrested chef

Vice President Pence is scheduled to headline a $35,000-per-couple fundraiser at a private club owned by two gay men in Aspen, Colorado Monday evening. The event is being billed as an 'intimate evening fundraiser'.

Bob Jenkins, vice chair of Pitkin County Republicans, calls it “an intimate high dollar reception,” and says, “we would like you to participate if possible. Additionally, please quietly spread the word,” according to his private invitation which was leaked out to the media. How's that for quietly spreading the word?

Pence, who has worked against LGBTQ Americans throughout his political career, apparently did not intend for this to go public.

Yet even the 'secret location' - The Caribou Club in downtown Aspen - was revealed, thanks to the club’s executive chef who “was arrested early Friday for felony assault and domestic violence.”

According to prosecutor Don Nottingham, the chef reportedly “told District Judge Chris Seldin he was cooking for the vice president on Monday and needed to be able to show up for work.”

So far, no word from Pence's office on whether he's going to be a last-minute cancellation.

You honestly can't make this stuff up, folks!

Is this the same story from last month the internet writers made up to get the crazy liberals to come in and see the junk advertising. I guess it worked well enough to do it again because really most liberal are potheads and would forget a rehashed story from last month.
