Attempted mass killer at ICE facility wrote "I am Antifa"; Antifa openly praised their member as a "martyr"

This recent crime certainly received little coverage, but the leftist perp who attacked an ICE associated detention center with incendiary devices and a rifle, Willem Van Spronsen, long time Antifa activist arrested for assaulting a police officer last year, was largely glorified in the leftist circles that did follow the story.

"The group Seattle Antifascist Action described assailant Willem Van Spronsen a "good friend and comrade" who "took a stand against the fascist detention center in Tacoma" and "became a martyr who gave his life to the struggle against fascism."

"He was kind and deeply loved by many communities; we cannot let his death go unanswered," the group wrote in a Saturday Facebook post. "Throughout history we idolize figures like John Brown for their courage to take the ultimate stand against oppression, and today we stand strong in our support for yet another martyr in the struggle against fascism. May his death serve as a call to protest and direct action."

While "white nationalism" has long been universally condemned and marginalized, typically with much dramatic hand wringing, I've seen virtually no push back on crap like this from the media, liberal celebrities, or Democratic office holders. Maybe that's why it's growing. The loudest leftists keep using irresponsible and insanely stupid hyperbole to attack normal illegal immigrant detention centers as "concentration camps", law enforcement as "racist", and basically anyone who disagrees with them on any issue as "fascists" or "Nazis", vitriol detached from reality and magnified without challenge in an echo chamber.

It's little wonder hardcore activists like James Hodgkinson, Floyd Corkins, Micah Johnson, etc. have murdered or tried to murder mass numbers of conservatives, Republicans, cops, and/or white people. Antifa has long been responsible for most political violence in this country, but now it seems they're moving from street rampaging, assaulting people, and smashing store windows to "direct action" by mass killing, the recent Dayton killer also being an Antifa supporter. And I've still seen almost no real condemnations of Antifa, their rhetoric, or their mind set by the leftist media or Democrat politicians. Unfortunately this will likely get worse before it gets better.
