Democratic Debate 2 Night 2; Your Thoughts?

-Biden is not looking good.... They're all ganging on him to try to take down the top running mate.

Fact of the matter is, anyway, never mind, here's the deal... and he never finishes his point as if they're nothing or doesn't give a crap whenever he was warned about his time.

-Andrew Yang wants to give criminals money to stay out of jail...

-Talsi Gabbard took down Kamala hard about her record as a prosecutor.

-Kirsten Gillibrand says she'll talk to white women about white privilege and that being white is oppressive and full of privilege...

-Gillibrand and Klobuchar keep ranting about how they never lost an election, I say this will be their first.

-If Trump loses this election, he'll be prosecuted if not impeached while still in office.

reply

Wow! You misunderstood so much of what was said. And Klobuchar wasn’t at tonight’s debate - not sure where you’re getting your info from.

reply

What was misunderstood? It's clearly what they said. Klobuchar was on the day before and she said the same rhetoric Gillibrand was muttering, about never losing any of their elections and that their both hoping they'll be chosen to continue that trend among the other stuff they said they'll do once in office.

reply

Absolute s*** show.

reply

Biden wasn't good, but he did nothing that would lose him support either.

reply

Well he's catering to the moderate/centrists which are the majority of voters (I think) so it isn't that hard for voters to choose from. That and name recognition and being Obama's side piece.

reply

Kamala can come back and run against Nikki Haley in 2024. The 2020 will be Biden against Trump.

reply

I don't really think Biden can handle Trump (just my opinion), he seems weak even though he's the lead running mate just from the way he's handling the questions. Either it's his age or he's always trying to find the right words. Guess this is why he lost twice when running for president. I just hope it isn't another 2016 all over again. Might be the curse since Obama was there with Hillary etc. but we'll see. I kinda want to see Sanders vs Trump since he's always got a loud voice but everyone on the right calls him a socialist so I dunno how that'll go.

Are you for Kamala?

Tulsi: "Kamala, you once kicked a puppy."
Harris: "I'll have you know that I've been against kicking puppies my whole life."
Tulsi: "Um....yeah, that's....that's great to hear, but.....you still kicked a puppy."
Harris: "I'm proud of the fact that I believe it's wrong to kick puppies."
Tulsi: "Sooo....you're still not actually denying that you kicked a puppy. Because you did."
Harris: "If elected, I'll take a strong stance on being anti-puppy-kicking."
Tulsi: "Mmmm....yeah, still, uh....still not a denial, there. The puppy in question remains kicked."

reply

Biden will pick Castro for vice president and lose to Donald.Kamala with change in demographics in the us by 2024 will be have a better chance at trying to be president.

reply

I hope he will be impeached and prosecuted. The has never been such a despicable president in the White House as Orange Head.

reply

Not as exciting as Tuesday's debate. Tulsi Gabbard performed the most admirably and afterwards, Cory Booker and Julian Castro had their moments. I'm surprised Gabbard is polling so low given her solid performances so far.
Joe Biden did better than last time but still I cannot figure out why he's the front-runner. I admire his defense of Obama's legacy but he seems tired. Kamala Harris did a sharp downturn from last time. She seemed defensive instead of combative and appeared confused if not nervous when pressed further. De BLasio, Yang, and Inslee are all forgettable as hell. Bennett looks like Alan Thicke so he's kind of amusing.
The worst was Kristen Gillibrand. She sounded like the worst dumb blonde know-nothing bimbo.

reply

You should've seen Joe when he said his ending remarks. “go to Joe30330″ rather than “text JOE to 30330." Tusli and Yang were the ones that shone that night imo. As for Gillibrand, you should listen to her talk and Klobuchar. They seem to ride on the same talking points if not the same "I never lost an election."

reply

Her talk about white privelage had me cringing.

You just aren't going to win the general election with that.
