Democrat media being reminded to not re-run their orange mad bad stories until after the Mueller hearing ends.

“No comment” - Mueller

Meanwhile the democrat congress does zero to tackle the problems of the American voter. Just wasting time. No ideas. No solutions. No platform. #HateIsNotAPlatform

Mueller looked like a confused, forgetful, dazed, bumbling idiot today. How many more times is the left gonna trot this moron out?

reply

Lol.

He was pretty clear. Trump can and probably will be charged with crimes when he's out of office. He has NOT been exonerated of anything.

reply

I concede he hasn't looked particularly sharp.

Most shocking to me was that he seemed disinclined to defend his investigation in general terms or even his personal integrity. That's just very weird.

During Matt Gaetz questioning he was invoking Bill Barr's efforts to encourage conspiracy theories about the origins of the Russia probe. Barr has been happy to do that. Mueller appeared too low energy to even rebut those absurd claims.

reply

I admittedly haven't been able to watch the entire thing. The highlights I've seen have been pretty damning for Trump.

Republicans haven't been able to rebut any of that. All they can do is attack the messenger.

reply

What were you confused about? He made it clear - T-rump could be (should be) charged with obstruction of justice once he leaves office. And he never exonerated him, as Barr and T-rump misunderstood.

What can't you comprehend?

reply

He's cherry picking and attacking the messenger, while ignoring everything damning against Trump.

It's all they can do at this point.

reply

Mueller specifically corrected his testimony on the question as to weather department policy is why the witch hunt didn’t indict Trump. Confirming what Barr already testified under oath to, that Mueller stated 3 times DOJ policy had nothing to do with the witch hunt not indicting Trump. This is today’s true Blockbuster that the democrat media will of course ignore.

And to the lemmings out there believing the democrat fake news, prosecutors, and the entire United States justice system does not exonerate people. It prosecutes or doesn’t. That’s it. Guilty or not guilty. They don’t prove innocence.

Poof! Another democrat lie goes up in flames.

reply

Tell that to Trump.

He's constantly claiming that he's exonerated.

reply

He's constantly claiming that he's exonerated.

Not sure why this is so hard for you to understand. If the Feds investigate you, study the evidence, and decide not to prosecute, you ARE exonerated. They don't have to say it.

reply

LOL. This shows such ignorance of the report and what Mueller said. It's hilarious.

reply

What Mueller said:

"I want to add one correction to my testimony this morning. I want to go back to one thing that was said this morning, by Mr. Lieu. It was said, and I quote, 'You didn't charge the president because of the OLC opinion.' That is not the correct way to say it. As we say in the report, and as I said at the opening, we did not reach a determination as to whether the president committed a crime."

Once again, "We did not reach a determination as to whether the president committed a crime."

He couldn't have said it any more clearer. And yet you idiots still claim Trump is a criminal.

It's clear to anyone with a brain who the ignorant ones are here.

reply

Once again, Mueller in the report and in his testimony explicitly said that trump was not exonerated.

"Not exonerated" and we did not reach a determinnation whether he committed a crime does not imply exoneration. Not exonerated means not exonerated, you fucking twit.

reply

And Mueller admitted himself that NEVER in the history of the U.S. Justice Department has a prosecutor come out and said they haven't exonerated anyone.

Because they don't need to. It's not their job to exonerate. It's their job to prosecute. If they can't find the evidence to prosecute, then, by definition, the person is exonerated.

You are aware of the concept of innocent until proven guilty, right?

Stop being stupid.

This is what you wrote dummy, what I responded to. Follow your own advice. Stop being stupid.

Huh? Are the Feds prosecuting Trump? Did Mueller say he came to the conclusion that Trump committed at crime?

No, they aren't. And no, he didn't.

So, by definition, Trump was exonerated. Mueller doesn't have to say that. Just like every other prosecutor in history didn't have to say that when they decided not to bring a case against someone.

This isn't rocket science. Try to keep up.

reply

Trolling or stupid?

reply

He's completely right. What did you not understand about his argument? When has it ever been up to a prosecutor to declare that a suspect is "exonerated"? Prosecutors usually still believe the defendant is guilty even after he's been acquitted. Yet we say he's been "exonerated". We also might say it if the prosecutor just drops the charges. In this case the prosecutor, the adversary, couldn't even state that Trump committed any crimes. If he can't, especially after 3 years and tens of millions of tax payer dollars spent, than no one credibly can. Thus the presumption of innocence holds. Mueller's team, filled with rabid Democrats, put that phrase about him not being exonerated into the report in petty, unprecedented fashion. They're wrong. Trump's right. He has been exonerated.

reply

A prosecutor doesn't declare a suspect "not exonerated" if they found evidence that they were exonerated. A prosecutor can find that sort of evidence even if its not their focus.

It's that simple. Mueller said explicitly that they didn't reach a determination EITHER WAY whether Trump was guilty of obstruction.

What about the words "NOT" and "EXONERATED" do you and snagswolf not comprehend?

reply

Prosecutors don't talk about "exoneration" at all. Defense lawyers do. What part of "adversary" do you not understand? If you're a boxer whether you won or not doesn't hinge on your opponent saying you won.

reply

haha no winning here...
